Another series of award nominees for your reading consideration. You’ll see some repetition from earlier award nominations, including Jane Harper’s The Lost Man, Jennifer Hillier’s Jar of Hearts and Lou Berney’s November Road.
The ITW gives awards in these categories: Best Hardcover Novel, Best First Novel, Best Paperback Original Novel, Best Short Story, Best Young Adult Novel, Best E-Book Original Novel. Winners will be announced at ThrillerFest XIV on July 13, 2019, in New York City.
ITW was formed in 2004 to elevate and promote the thriller genre. Its activities include an annual conference which includes classes for writers, consultation time with industry experts, opportunities for writers to pitch their manuscripts to agents, publishers and editors, and an awards program. In addition, thriller fans have the opportunity to meet their favorite writers, listen to panel discussions and interviews and get books autographed.
